Job Description
Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist - Mooresville, NC Turning Point Family Services is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our Mooresville IIH team. For over 23 years, we've provided mental health services across Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Our mission is to deliver compassionate care, inspire hope, and empower families. We offer an innovative approach to IIH service delivery by providing extensive clinical support and a collaborative team environment. Position Summary Provide individual and family therapy Coordinate assessments and treatment planning Offer clinical expertise and direction for interventions Supervise IIH team members and monitor performance Essential Duties Conduct therapy, assessments, and treatment planning Supervise IIH team members and facilitate weekly meetings Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation Manage productivity and monitor overall team performance

$2,000 in Year 1, $3,000 annually thereafterCompetitive Pay Structure:

Salary during trainingProvisionally Licensed:
$120 per contact (minimum 10 contacts/week = $62,400 annually)Fully Licensed:
