Job Summary:
The Associate Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the Clinical Manager. The Associate Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff. Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an approved registered nurse program. BSN or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred. Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina. Minimum of three years nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population(s) and/or specialty of the unit. Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability. Current AHA BLS certification required. Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
