As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care Developing and implementing effective policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless operations Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and mentoring staff to promote professional growth and development Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated care and effective communication Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsResponsibilities:
