Full time- 40 hours per week Monday
- Friday, 8a-5p No call or weekends Pay Range $41.10
- $61.65 Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, located in Winston-Salem, NC, is a key part of our nationally recognized academic health system. Our 885-bed tertiary care hospital houses the region's only children's hospital, burn center, and Level I adult and pediatric trauma centers. The campus is also home to a National Cancer Institute
- designated Comprehensive Cancer Center and to clinical centers of excellence in multiple specialties including cardiovascular, brain health and neurology, sports medicine and orthopedics, transplantation and nephrology.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with five years' experience in Business Management, Financial Analysis or related field required. M.B.A or other related Master's degree from an accredited program preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/orREGISTRATION
N/AESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Manages staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of departmental objectives. Provides leadership to staff to ensure short- and long-term goals are met by developing standards of performance and capitalizing on employee strengths.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Strong communication (oral and written), quantitative and analytical skills Understanding of financial cost and budgeting Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement processes, Six Sigma preferred Strong PC background, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Access Database Analytical skills including the ability to trend and forecast financial and statistical data Organizational skills Strong critical problem solving skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT
