What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Patient Experience Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments Coordinate patient schedules while maintaining efficient clinic flow Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments Enter patient information accurately into our electronic medical record Ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience from their first phone call through discharge Lead Front Office Operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office Coach, support, and train administrative team members Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee training Help oversee scheduling efficiency, workflow, and patient satisfaction Track clinic goals and key performance indicators Support insurance, billing, and administrative processes Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general facility needs Assist ownership with HR documentation, projects, and operational initiatives Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and the overall patient experience Support Our Team Collaborate closely with therapists and clinic leadership Help maintain a positive, supportive workplace culture Jump in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly Be a dependable resource for both patients and teammates What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: A natural leader who enjoys supporting and developing others Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities A proactive problem solver who takes initiative Detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and learning new software systems An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills Able to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or clinic management Experience supervising or leading a team Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, billing, or healthcare administration Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Why Bodyworks?
