Director of Health Services (RN or LPN) We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Health Services (RN or LPN) to lead our clinical team and champion the delivery of outstanding, resident-centered care. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the Health Services team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Complete comprehensive resident assessments prior to move-in and throughout residency to ensure appropriate care plans and levels of care. Monitor quality of care through direct observations, chart audits, medication reviews, and documentation audits. Coordinate care and communication with physicians, pharmacies, therapy providers, laboratories, and other healthcare partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards. Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, supplies, and clinical records. Partner with residents and families to address concerns, provide updates, and deliver an exceptional care experience. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related setting. Current CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards. Ability to assist residents with limited mobility and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing. Experience supporting residents with cognitive impairment. Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday Occasional evenings and weekends On-call responsibilities as needed
