The Hospitality Manager will direct Hotel and Guest Services operations and team members on-site at this 100-bed hotel. The Hospitality Manager requires a strong background in customer service, guest experience, and leadership. The Hospitality Manager will also help manage on-site retail food service operations and team members. About the job This role puts you at the center of retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
