Job Description
Moja Behavioral Services is looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center in Keene, NH. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to manage a caseload. We are looking for a BCBA who wants to practice excellent ABA, develop excellent RBTs, partner deeply with families, and help build the kind of center they would be proud to send their own child to. What makes Moja different Moja is a relatively new center-based ABA program built intentionally around children, families, and the people who serve them. Our center includes dedicated clinical spaces, a large movement/gym area, outdoor space and programming designed for young children through adolescents. We believe ABA can be rigorous and data-driven while also being joyful, compassionate, individualized, and most importantly respectful of the child in front of us. Our BCBAs don't sit behind a computer all day. Ever. You'll be on the floor, observing treatment, coaching RBTs, solving clinical problems, talking with families, analyzing data, and making treatment better in real time. What you'll own As a Moja BCBA, you will: Develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans Provide regular, ongoing protocol modification and clinical oversight Supervise, train, and develop RBTs Observe treatment regularly and provide immediate, useful feedback in the moments that matter. Review data and make timely clinical decisions Partner with parents and caregivers through meaningful family training Collaborate with other BCBAs and Moja leadership Maintain excellent documentation and payer-compliant clinical records Help create a strong, consistent clinical culture across the center Participate in ongoing clinical quality improvement You'll notice this role doesn't include the usual admin tasks associated with being a center-based BCBA, we have a full-time admin and care coordinator, and a BCBA dedicated to assessment and reassessment in order to manage those tasks that quickly burn out BCBAs. We have specifically designed this role to allow you to get back to doing the work you love and why you got into this field in the first place- here, you get to be with the kids! You may be a great fit if… You are the kind of BCBA who notices when something isn't working and fixes it. You value assent, dignity, functional communication, independence, and socially meaningful outcomes. You care about whether an RBT actually understands the why, not just whether they completed a competency. You believe parent training is part of treatment—not an afterthought. You can give clear feedback while maintaining strong relationships with your team. You are comfortable being accountable for clinical outcomes and aren't afraid of data. And you want to work somewhere where your ideas can actually influence how the organization grows.
