Job Description

$18-$24/hour to start, with overtime, bonuses, and growth opportunities. Full-time | In person | Monday-Thursday practice rhythm with occasional evenings and weekend events Help Build Something That Matters in Keene Cheshire Wellness Center is hiring a highly dependable, people-oriented Operations Coordinator to become a central part of our growing wellness practice. This is not a standard front desk job. This is not a quiet administrative role. This is a hands-on, in-person position for someone who loves people, enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to grow into meaningful responsibility. The right person will help support the daily rhythm of the office, contribute to a warm and professional patient experience, assist with community events, and help the practice continue to grow in the Monadnock region. What You'll Be Doing This role blends patient experience, office operations, community events, and team support.
Responsibilities may include:
welcoming and supporting practice members helping maintain smooth office flow during patient hours supporting scheduling, communication, and follow-up assisting with administrative systems and daily organization preparing for classes, workshops, and community events helping run booths, dinners, talks, and outreach events supporting team communication and daily office rhythm helping keep the office clean, warm, professional, and prepared learning multiple parts of the practice so you can step in where needed This is a role for someone who likes variety and does not need every day to look exactly the same. Community Events Are Part of the Role Cheshire Wellness Center is active in the local community.
This position directly supports:
in-office classes workshops community dinners outreach events local booths and markets special events throughout the year follow-up communication after events The right person enjoys being around people, represents the practice well, and understands that a great event requires preparation, warmth, energy, and follow-through. Schedule This is a full-time, in-person role. The practice primarily runs Monday through Thursday, with most days beginning around 7:30 a.m. and ending around 6:30 p.m. There is usually a generous mid-day break built into the schedule. Wednesday evenings run later due to patient education classes. Some Thursday evenings run later for workshops or community programs. Occasional weekend events are part of the role and are planned in advance. This schedule works best for someone who lives locally or has a life structure that can truly support the rhythm of the practice. Reliability matters here. Being on time, reachable, prepared, and present is essential. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay is $18-$24/hour , depending on experience, fit, and demonstrated capacity.
