West Central Behavioral Health is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving lower Grafton and Sullivan Counties — a designation that reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, person
  • and family-centered behavioral health care regardless of ability to pay.
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our Child & Family Services team in Lebanon. This is a leadership role for a clinician who is ready to move beyond individual practice — someone who invests in the growth of others, holds high standards for clinical quality, and can navigate the complexity of community behavioral health with both vision and pragmatism. You will supervise and support a team of Master's-level clinicians, carrying responsibility for hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and professional development. You will also manage team caseload flow, provide clinical consultation, participate in utilization review, and help identify and remove systemic barriers to care. A portion of your own caseload will include direct clinical work with children and families. This role is well-suited for a licensed clinician with supervisory experience — or a strong senior clinician ready to step into a formal leadership position — who is drawn to the mission of accessible, community-based care.
