Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Manager
  • Surgery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Portsmouth, NH.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily OR operations including scheduling and patient flow Support patient rounding and patient satisfaction initiatives Collaborate with clinical coordinators and educators on staff competency development Assist with admission and discharge coordination Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans Provide counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Support budgeting and departmental operational planning Evaluate patient outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives Maintain clinical expertise within Surgical Services Qualifications Active New Hampshire RN License required 1-3 years OR nursing experience required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred Leadership or OR Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required Strong OR Charge Nurses also considered For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
