Certified Student Life, Health and Wellness Coordinator Kreiva Academy Public Charter School Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time From $48,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Teamwork High-risk population support Organizing community events One-on-one youth mentoring First Aid Certification Working with students Organizational skills Patient interaction Community relationship building Student life Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Life, Health and Wellness Coordinator to The Certified Student Life, Health and Wellness Coordinator is a dynamic, student-centered role dedicated to fostering positive behavioral intervention, social development, and school community engagement . Working collaboratively within the Student Success team, you will manage in-school suspensions, facilitate restorative conversations, and participate in impactful student programs like CHOICES. Additionally, you will champion the holistic student experience by organizing school-wide events and traditions that help students build healthy social circles and practice critical relational skills.
Responsibilities Behavioral Intervention & Restorative Justice:
Facilitating restorative conversations between students and staff, supporting students with de-escalation strategies, monitoring in-school suspensions, and participating in the weekly CHOICES program to guide student decision-making.
Social & Community Development:
Helping students build healthy social lives and coordinating school events and traditions that provide structured opportunities to practice social skills.
Team Collaboration:
Providing comprehensive assistance to all operations and initiatives of the Student Success team. Experience A degree or license in education or related field. Prior experience working with diverse learners. An understanding of neurodiversity. Knowledge of behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education principles and practices. Strong communication skills for effective student interaction and collaboration with students, team members and families.
