What You'll Do Be the welcoming voice and smile that greets our patients in person and over the phone. Schedule and manage appointments to keep each day running smoothly. Partner with the clinical team to prepare accurate treatment plans and insurance estimates. Discuss payment options and help patients navigate their coverage with confidence. Maintain an organized front desk while ensuring every patient feels seen and cared for. What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others. Experience in a dental or medical office is required. Proficiency in Dentrix preferred. Ability to coordinate multiple schedules and tasks efficiently. Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance, and financing options preferred. A solutions-oriented mindset , professionalism, and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent required. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent patient care.
