Full-Time Join Our Team at a Busy Oral Surgery Practice! We are a well-established, fast-paced oral surgery practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a patient-focused practice where your organizational skills and positive attitude will help create a welcoming environment for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records Coordinate with surgical and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle insurance verifications and billing inquiries Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and support Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous healthcare or dental/medical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Proficiency in basic computer systems and scheduling software
