We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and inspiring Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our leadership team and help create an exceptional experience for both our guests and our employees. As Assistant Hospitality Manager, you will: Support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Lead by example while working alongside the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Support, coach, and develop FOH team members while helping create a positive and accountable team culture. Work closely with the Hospitality Manager and BOH leadership to ensure strong communication and seamless restaurant operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and fully prepared for service. Help ensure company standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are consistently followed. Assist with training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Support scheduling and staffing needs to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed for business levels. Help manage daily labor and operational costs while maintaining excellent service. Assist with catering execution and overall store readiness. Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Help execute company initiatives and ensure they are successfully implemented at the restaurant level. Step into a leadership role in the Hospitality Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For:
Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred. A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others. Strong communication and organizational skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to remain calm, positive, and focused in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. Ability to lead from the floor and jump in wherever the team needs support.
