Essential Responsibilities The Clinical Leader s primary responsibility is clinical supervision of new graduate pediatric PT s, as well as collaboration with outpatient PTs, other pediatric clinical team leaders, and the Senior Director of Outpatient Therapy Services to promote quality care and treatment according to clinical best practices. The Clinical Leader acts as a liaison between the Manager and Senior Director of Outpatient Therapy Services. Clinical Leaders assist their supervisor with quality assurance monitoring, performance improvement, program development and implementation and fiscal management of the department.
