Clinical Director

Confidential Behavioral Health Organization is seeking an experienced and credentialed Clinical Director to lead a dynamic outpatient center providing both substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment services in Morris County NJ. This program offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) services.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a dually-licensed professional with one of the following combinations:

LCSW, LCADC, and CCS LPC, LCADC, and CCS Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a multidisciplinary team Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure quality service delivery Support program growth through strategic partnerships and community engagement Collaborate with referral sources and local organizations to maintain strong relationships Work closely with administrative staff to ensure seamless program operations The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a strong clinical foundation, proven administrative skills, and a passion for helping individuals seeking treatment for their mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
