Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead the clinical operations of our growing dual-diagnosis outpatient behavioral health treatment program . This leadership role is ideal for a licensed LCSW or LPC in New Jersey who is passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare while supporting the professional growth of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Candidates with experience in PHP, IOP, or outpatient behavioral health are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff. Ensure high-quality, compliant clinical documentation and treatment planning. Oversee client admissions, treatment progress, and discharge planning. Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies. Support utilization review, quality assurance, and clinical outcomes initiatives. Mentor and develop clinicians through regular supervision and coaching. Collaborate with medical providers, operations, and admissions teams to ensure continuity of care. Assist with program development and implementation of evidence-based treatment practices. Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-centered culture. Qualifications Active LCSW or LPC license in the State of New Jersey (required). Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Experience in an outpatient level of care (PHP, IOP, or OP) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of dual-diagnosis treatment, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
