Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Director of Clinical Services to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional healthcare services across our organization. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing administration, clinical leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of various care settings including assisted living, nursing homes, home health, hospice care, and acute care. Your leadership will inspire teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory adherence. Duties Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of clinical operations across multiple care settings to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee the management of medical records, documentation review, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Supervise nurse management teams, ensuring effective shift management, staffing levels, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that meet residents' or patients' needs, emphasizing physiology and anatomy knowledge. Monitor quality assurance metrics related to MDS (Minimum Data Set), Medicare regulations, and other reimbursement programs to optimize funding and compliance. Oversee EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation and efficient data management. Provide leadership in nursing administration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and exceptional patient or resident care. Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards, documentation protocols, and shift management best practices across all clinical departments. Act as a key liaison with regulatory agencies during audits or inspections while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare laws including HIPAA. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field; Master's degree preferred. Valid nursing license with active registration in the relevant state(s). Extensive experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home health services, hospice care or acute care environments. Proven management and supervising experience within healthcare organizations. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and nursing practices. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation review and medical records management. Deep understanding of Medicare regulations, MDS processes, HIPAA compliance, and documentation standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively across shifts. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory bodies.
