Job Description
Administrative Assist/Receptionist/Patient Coordinator Only Personal Injury/BI Experience Minimum 3
Years Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome and sign visitors in at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical records management, including filing and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed to attorneys and paralegals
Administrative Assist/Receptionist/Patient Coordinator Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Computer Skills Microsoft Word, Excel and eCourts Online Savvy Software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred
- Must know fluent English, Preferred also Spanish Creole
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
