A Typical Day:
Operations & Oversight:
Directing day-to-day operations and problem-solving to optimize patient care.
Team Leadership:
Managing hiring, performance metrics, and professional development of program staff.
Fiscal Responsibility:
Developing and tracking budgets within agreed revenue and cost targets.
Compliance & QA:
Conducting chart audits to ensure complete compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO), DOH, and DMHS standards.
Community Relations:
Partnering with state, county, and local community agencies to refine emergency service workflows and access lines.

To Be Considered:
Required Education:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related behavioral science field.
Required Licensure:
Active LSW in good standing (LCSW highly preferred).
Required Certification:
Valid state crisis training certification.
Required Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of post-master's clinical experience providing mental health services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory/management experience and a valid Mental Health Screener certification.
