What You'll Be Doing Welcoming patients like a VIP host Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the calendar on point Helping patients with insurance, payments, and questions Keeping the office flowing smoothly and efficiently Supporting the team and creating positive energy throughout the day Making patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited to come back Basically becoming the heartbeat of the front office
