We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices. We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be. What does a day at Hybridge look like? Oversee the implementation of home-based ABA Therapy programs for clients Some cases have the opportunity to have partial / some supervision hours via Telehealth. Opportunities to work in schools conducting assessments as needed Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library Over 5000 individualized programs Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians Utilize online data collection Work with a dynamic team of professionals What makes Hybridge different?
