Job Description:
The Patient Care Coordinator supports patient flow, scheduling, and administrative coordination while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries Schedule appointments and verify insurance Follow up with patients and coordinate required testing and appointments Support physician scheduling and calendar management Maintain electronic notes and patient records
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of medical office experience Strong customer service and communication skills High School Diploma required
