9:00 AM-3:00 PM Elite Wellness & Sports Medicine Center is seeking a full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our busy chiropractic and physical therapy practice in Hackensack, NJ. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office. The ideal candidate enjoys helping patients, learns new computer systems quickly, and communicates confidently with patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Schedule appointments using our EHR system Contact physician offices for referrals, prescriptions, and medical records Answer incoming phone calls Greet and assist patients Respond to office emails Review, scan, and file incoming documents Communicate important information to providers and staff Assist with patient flow and basic therapy support when needed Help keep the office clean and organized throughout the day Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish required Minimum 2 years of front desk, administrative, or medical office experience preferred Strong computer skills required Experience with EHR or scheduling software preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask High school diploma required
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Application Question(s): Describe your computer experience, including any scheduling software, EHR systems, or office programs you have used. This is a fast-paced office where multitasking is very important. Can you give an example of a time you successfully handled multiple tasks at once? This position requires frequent phone communication with patients and provider offices throughout the day. Please describe your experience handling phone calls in a busy office setting. What languages do you speak? This is a full time position. Are you available to work until 7 Monday-Thursday and until 3 on Fridays?
