The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, financial oversight, and team supervision. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, medical administrative support, and regulatory compliance to ensure the practice runs efficiently, delivers excellent patient care, and maintains fiscal responsibility. The Medical Practice Administrator will serve as the key leader in managing staff, financial processes, and operational workflows within a fast-paced medical environment. Duties Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to optimize efficiency. Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and expense control to ensure financial stability. Supervise medical office staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions to foster a productive work environment. Oversee electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft to ensure accurate documentation and data security. Coordinate with clinical teams to support medical management initiatives including utilization management and managed care programs. Ensure proper handling of medical records, billing procedures, and coding practices aligned with industry standards. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery while managing clinic resources effectively.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
