We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor overseeing home programs for our clients. You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices. We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.

For the states of Maryland and Virginia, LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is also required.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline
