About Us Reyou provides IV ketamine infusions, Spravato, and TMS treatment for patients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders across. We're growing and looking for an administrator who can run daily operations independently . Position Overview We're hiring a Practice Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of our clinic — staffing, scheduling, vendor relationships, and patient flow. This is a hands-on management role, not a front-desk position: you'll need to make independent decisions, manage other people's calendars and priorities, and keep the clinic running smoothly with minimal oversight. Responsibilities Manage staff and practice schedules Coordinate staff assignments and resolve scheduling conflicts Own vendor relationships and supply ordering Oversee patient flow to keep appointments on time Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, including data entry and document organization Serve as the operational point of contact between medical staff, clinicians, and support staff Handle patient-facing calls and onboarding with professionalism and empathy Maintain the physical environment and standards of the clinic environment Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years directly managing staff schedules, vendor relationships, or daily office operations (healthcare preferred, not required) Demonstrated ability to make operational decisions independently, without step-by-step direction Strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent priorities Proficiency with scheduling and office software Flexibility for morning and occasional evening hours Nice to Have Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting Interest in psychedelic-assisted therapies as an emerging field (not required)
