Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy Center. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your leadership will ensure that therapy programs are implemented effectively, data is meticulously collected and analyzed, and patient care standards are upheld. Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy aligned with best practices. Oversee intake processes, including initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations, ensuring comprehensive patient evaluations and accurate medical documentation. Develop individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments, medical records, and patient needs, incorporating applied behavior analysis techniques. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive patient information. Monitor ongoing patient progress through meticulous data collection, analysis, and documentation to inform treatment adjustments. Conduct regular staff training on behavioral therapy methods, medical terminology, patient care protocols, and documentation standards. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and educational teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements related to behavioral health services. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, special education, social work or a related field; certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA or RBT) is preferred. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other behavioral health needs. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic health records systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining high standards of patient care. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of all patient information. Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and adapt treatment plans based on data-driven insights. $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
