EISS UNIT DIRECTOR
•Mental Health Urgent Care Master's degree in human services field and LCSW or LPC Required About the Company Healthcare Commons, Inc. is a not-for-profit, licensed community mental health agency that has served Salem County for more than 70 years, as well as parts of Cumberland and Gloucester counties. Across multiple locations, we provide a full range of behavioral health and support services for children, adolescents, and adults, including outpatient counseling, partial care, crisis intervention, residential services, case management, and family support programs. Conveniently located near Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey, we are proud to be a trusted resource for individuals and families across the region. About the Role We are seeking an experienced EISS Unit Director to lead and oversee the Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) program. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining program quality, and providing clinical oversight. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with experience in behavioral health program management and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities Ensure EISS program operations meet Division of Mental Health Services standards for treatment planning, implementation, and documentation Supervise and oversee all EISS staff activities and performance Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff members Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members Monitor charts and documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintain and submit departmental data and statistics as required by the agency and DMHAS Analyze appointment trends including cancellations and no-shows and implement solutions Maintain and update program policies and procedures annually Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, County, and Local regulations Participate in agency and community committees, including Quality Assurance initiatives Maintain a clinical caseload including intakes, treatment planning, and therapy implementation Provide data and reporting on assigned caseload and program performance Ensure services are delivered in a culturally competent manner Complete evaluations and reporting as required Provide on-call services as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
MASTER'S DEGREE REQUIRED
in the human services field LCSW or LPC required Minimum of 5 years of mental health experience , including 2 years in a supervisory role required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with program oversight, compliance, and staff supervision Ability to manage both administrative and clinical responsibilities effectively Compensation & Schedule $72,000
Schedule:
