Job Description

Under the supervision and direction of the Branch Executive Director and Vice President of Operations, the Senior Director of Healthy Living provides strategic leadership for the Wellness and Fitness areas at the assigned branch location(s) while advancing wellness and health initiatives across the association. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality programs, building strong teams, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and mission-driven experience for members and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Nationally recognized certification required (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or CSCS). Current CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid certifications required. Demonstrated program management experience. Experience with budget development and fiscal management. Previous supervisory experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with diverse populations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and use other software platforms utilized by the association.
