Job Description

Responsible for general office and clinical support to clinical staff within the department.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Monitor the patient call back clinical phone line; notify appropriate clinician regarding patient needs and issues. 2. Make initial phone contacts with patients requiring clinical visits. 3. Work closely with clinical staff in obtaining required documentation in a timely manner; including DocuSign 4. Schedule appointments for clinical visits/virtual visits; create and close routes assigned to clinicians 5. Assist the clinical staff with patient follow-up phone calls and complete the needed clinical notes in the computer. 6. As appropriate, act as liaison between the customer service department and the clinical staff. 7. Assist patients with basic
CPAP/VPAP
troubleshooting 8. Direct patients to appropriate departments with concerns 9. Review compliance with patients and instruct with guidelines to meet insurance compliance requirements 10. Other job-related duties as requested by management.; including special projects to identify areas of process improvement. 11. Business Office Associate assists with in-person translation (Spanish to English) for the clinical team (home visits) to elevate patient compliance of usage and elevate patient experience.
Required:
