Responsibilities:

Communicating with patients about their weight loss journey through emails, phone, Zoom calls, and face-to-face conversations Managing patient accounts with contact information, insurance and financial information in a confidential manner Scheduling patient visits and answer questions, including billing and weight loss journey from start to finish Coordinating all surgical procedures for patients and communicate with medical facilities such as hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers Ensuring services comply with state and federal regulatory requirements Teamwork to coordinate with Doctors and other health care personnel Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with patients and the health care team People skills to connect emotionally with patients Experience in either Patient Experience or Customer Service Patient Care Coordinators are to be in-office (where applicable), and may be required to travel, as meeting New Patients face-to-face adds to the patient's experience
