Role:

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee all aspects of our medical billing operations. Reporting to the Executive Team ,• this role ensures timely and accurate claim submission, payment posting, and collections while leading and cultivating a small team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Role is in person in our clinic.•

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support billing staff Oversee claim submissions, payment posting, and follow-up Revenue Cycle Management Manage collections and reconcile accounts Collaborate with bookkeeper and clinical leadership Generate weekly billing and collections reports Resolve billing inquiries and insurance issues

Qualifications:

3-5 years of medical billing experience (leadership preferred) Strong understanding of insurance and outpatient therapy billing Experience with EMR/billing software Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills Prior management experience and strong leadership skills. Ability to problem solve and inspire your team
