This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience, along with excellent benefits and performance incentives. Position Overview The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic while delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in medical front office operations, including insurance verification and patient coordination. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with carriers Obtain and track prior authorizations Review insurance coverage and communicate benefits to patients Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with a small team to ensure seamless office operations Qualifications Prior experience in a medical office (Physical Therapy experience preferred) Strong knowledge of medical insurance, eligibility, and authorizations Experience working with EMR systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer matching Weekly performance-based bonus incentives (up to $3,600 annually) Supportive team environment (working alongside two team members) Part and full time available
