This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional care, mentoring other clinicians, and fostering a collaborative, positive team culture. What You'll Do Lead the clinical operations of the center while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services. Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff. Promote clinical excellence through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management. Partner with operations and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Support families by promoting excellent communication and positive clinical outcomes. Oversee assessments, treatment quality, documentation, and compliance. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture for both staff and families. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Active state licensure (where applicable). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Previous experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for developing clinicians and building high-performing teams. Why Flywheel?
