Union County Your Role:
As an RN Field Supervisor, you'll ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services by: Supervising Certified Home Health Aides in patients' homes Evaluating and revising care plans Conducting physical and psychosocial assessments Supporting staff development through on-site teaching and training
Compensation & Benefits:

Your Responsibilities:
Perform supervisory visits and assess caregiver performance Deliver clinical orientation and train field staff Complete nursing assessments and progress notes Administer treatments, revise care plans, and communicate changes Partner with physicians on patient treatment plans
What We're Looking For:
Active RN License 1+ year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) CPR Certification Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) New grads with clinical confidence and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply—we're ready to support your growth!
