Job Description

About the Role We're expanding our team and looking for a full-time Patient Flow & Clinic Operations Coordinator to join our busy specialty vision clinic. This role is essential to how our clinic runs day to day — keeping treatment rooms ready, helping patients move smoothly through their visits, and keeping operations organized behind the scenes. This is NOT a desk job. The right person thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping people, is comfortable multitasking, and wants to be an integral part of a fast-paced healthcare team. No healthcare experience is required — we will train the right person. What matters most to us is dependability, work ethic, organization, and a genuine commitment to helping patients. What You'll Do Prepare and reset treatment rooms throughout the day Escort and assist patients during their visits Coordinate patient flow and clinic operations Monitor and maintain treatment room supplies Process online orders and shipping Manage inventory and clinic organization Support front office operations as needed Ensure every patient has an exceptional experience throughout their care What We're Looking For Excellent attendance and reliability Strong organizational skills Comfort working on your feet throughout the day Friendly, professional demeanor with patients Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Initiative and attention to detail Quick learner who follows through Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Schedule Monday:
7:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM Tuesday
  • Thursday:
    8:30 AM
  • 4:00
PM Friday:
7:30 AM
  • 3:00 PM Approximately 40 hours per week Compensation & Benefits $20
