Job Description

We're looking for an organized, outgoing Marketing & Off-Site Events Coordinator to take Mudhen beer on the road! You'll plan and run our off-site events, from beer festivals to partner events. You'll also manage our beer social media accounts and keep our Hop Shop, online merch store and gift card orders running smoothly. If you love craft beer, great events and creating content, and you're the type who never forgets the ice, we'd love to meet you.

Off-Site EventsPlan and run all off-site events, including beer festivals and partner eventsBook event locations and work with vendors and partnersConfirm permits, insurance needs, power, tenting, tables, ice and other logistics as neededCreate a run sheet for each event, plus packing lists for signage, merch, beer, POS and suppliesCoordinate beer delivery, product counts and tap setup for festivals and partner eventsOrganize event staff and write staff notes with arrival times, dress code, talking points and expectationsHandle event setup and breakdownTrack merch sales, gift card sales, beer sales and inventory after each eventFollow up with partners and collect customer and partner feedbackWrite event recaps covering what worked, what sold and what to improveHelp with on-site events when neededSocial Media & MarketingManage the Mudhen beer social media accounts, including daily posts, Reels and StoriesBring back photos and highlights from events for marketing and social mediaCoordinate seasonal merch launches with graphics and social posts Help with other marketing and social media projects when neededMerch, Hop Shop & Gift CardsHandle all merch ordering and Hop Shop inventoryKeep Hop Shop displays neat, stocked and updated with current promotionsAdd new merch to the website and update Shopify product photos, descriptions, sizes, prices and inventory levelsPack and ship online merch orders and follow up on customer shipping issuesProcess gift card ordersHelp customers with any merch or gift card issuesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in event planning, marketing, social media, retail or hospitality (brewery or restaurant experience is a plus)Good with social media and comfortable creating posts, Reels and StoriesVery organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple events, orders and deadlinesComfortable tracking budgets, sales and inventoryFriendly, professional communicator with vendors, partners, customers and staffShopify experience is a plus, but we're happy to teach itAvailable evenings, weekends and event days as neededAble to set up and break down events, lift supplies and stay on your feet during long eventsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be 21 or olderJob DetailsApply on Indeed with your resume.
