What You'll Do As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through every visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome patients into the clinic and create a warm, professional experience from start to finish Answer calls from prospective patients and take the time to understand what they are experiencing Confidently explain Rise Above PT, our approach to care, and what patients can expect Help prospective patients feel comfortable taking the next step and scheduling their initial evaluation Follow up with prospective patients who have reached out but have not yet scheduled Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized, productive clinic schedule Proactively fill cancellations and openings Communicate with patients through phone, email, and text Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling changes Collect and accurately document patient payments Maintain accurate patient information and communication within our systems Support the clinical team throughout the day and help keep clinic flow running smoothly Assist with community outreach, events, and light marketing efforts as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming clinic environment Complete daily opening, closing, and administrative responsibilities Identify what needs to be done and take initiative rather than waiting to be asked A Very Important Part of This Role A significant part of this position involves talking with prospective patients on the phone. This is not a position for someone who prefers to avoid phone conversations.
