The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supervising licensed and associate-level clinicians, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with experience in behavioral health treatment, team supervision, crisis management, and program development. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and leadership to therapists, counselors, case managers, and support staff Oversee assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge processes Ensure services comply with state, federal, Medicaid, HIPAA, and accreditation standards Facilitate regular clinical team meetings, case consultations, and staff trainings Monitor client progress and program outcomes to ensure quality of care Support crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed Review and approve clinical documentation and treatment plans Collaborate with medical providers, community partners, referral sources, and families Assist with staff hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development Maintain productivity standards and support operational efficiency within the program Promote a positive, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented treatment environment Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field Independent licensure in New Mexico (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment Previous supervisory or leadership experience Knowledge of IOP/PHP levels of care, documentation standards, and crisis intervention Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Experience working in co-occurring disorder treatment programs Experience with Medicaid and managed care documentation requirements Clinical supervision certification or eligibility Bilingual English/Spanish skills
