Job Description
Zion Healing Center specializes in TMS & Neurofeedback Therapies, as well as a Behavioral Health IOP program. We are seeking a suitable individual who can fill the role of Intake Coordinator. We seek someone who, apart from having the necessary qualifications and experience, has the commitment, compassion, and dedication to work with our clinical teams in assuring the best possible success for our clients. This candidate has had real life experience with suffering from behavioral health issues or mental health issues and has been recovered. Has prior experience with intake, outreach coordinator, director roles in Behavioral health clinics. 2 years experience in health clinics and/or outpatient/in patient treatment programs required. Has worked with or has understood the behavioral health and recovery space. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in mental and/or behavioral health, has a basic knowledge of substance abuse treatment, and is capable of ensuring an empathetic and effective intake process for clients. Has worked with or has understanding of the billing & insurance field. Looking for business and operations-savvy individuals to help build the company. Someone who is ideally interested in growing into more of a leadership role.
