Patient Care Coordinator

At Optimal Physical Therapy, (an Affiliated Physical Therapy Company) We are offering a wonderful opportunity to work within a growing company as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). When a patient walks through our doors, you will be one of the first people they see. We strive to give each person that walks through our doors a great sense of well-being and belonging. Medical insurance knowledge, authorization and verification experience preferred. Must have computer and typing skills. The perfect candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• New patient experience and scheduling. In person and virtually.
• Future appointment scheduling
• Answering telephones, routing calls, faxing, emailing (general office duties)
• Inventory control and product or miscellaneous items ordering
• Coordinating and scheduling
• Collecting Co-payments
