Meadows Eye Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a highly organized and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume clinic. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to follow-up, while supporting clinical and administrative teams with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups Manage patient intake, insurance verification, and documentation with a high level of accuracy Support front office operations in a high-volume environment Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients Maintain detailed and organized patient records Assist with billing processes and insurance-related inquiries as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume medical clinic required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Energetic, proactive, and able to "hustle" in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical billing experience is a major plus Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software preferred
