In this energetic role, you'll be the backbone of our busy practice, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional patient care. You'll support various clinical and administrative functions, adapt to changing needs, and help create a welcoming environment for all patients. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes using Dentrix and Weave Manage patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation and coding Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and insurance verifications to optimize patient flow Support administrative duties such as answering phones as a dental receptionist, managing medical records, and updating medical terminology for pediatric dentistry or general dentistry cases Following up on warm leads to ensure our consult schedule is effective to the overall practice goals Maintain infection control standards, ensure proper use of PPE, and uphold strict aseptic techniques throughout all clinical activities Support administrative duties such as answering phones as a dental receptionist, managing medical records, and updating medical terminology for pediatric dentistry or general dentistry cases Support in B2B marketing efforts to stregthen our referral network Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic environment is highly preferred, especially with dental assisting or front desk responsibilities but willing to train if not Familiarity with Open Dental and/or Weave Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and medical terminology related to dentistry Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care!
