Patient Care Coordinator

Youth Inc. is a modern wellness, longevity, and aesthetics clinic focused on helping patients optimize their health, confidence, and quality of life through personalized care. Our clinic combines hormone optimization, medically supervised weight loss, preventative wellness, and aesthetic services in a high-touch, patient-centered environment. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who can become the operational heartbeat of the clinic — someone who is warm, organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to create an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction onward. This is not a traditional "front desk" role. We are looking for someone who can help support clinic flow, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and professionalism of the practice. Responsibilities Greet and guide patients through their clinic experience Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries professionally and promptly Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and aesthetic appointments Support membership onboarding and patient education Assist with appointment confirmations and rebooking Help reduce no-shows through proactive patient communication Coordinate provider schedules and maintain clinic organization Maintain a calm, welcoming, luxury-level patient experience Support day-to-day operational workflow and administrative tasks Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient needs and follow-up Ideal Candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and emotionally intelligent Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinic environment Able to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and pricing with patients Strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-oriented approach Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, hospitality, luxury retail, dental, or customer-facing healthcare environments is preferred Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a med spa, wellness clinic, medical office, or concierge environment Familiarity with scheduling systems, EMRs, or CRM platforms Experience handling patient communication and appointment coordination Comfort with technology, texting platforms, and administrative systems Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for performance bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving wellness clinic Positive, team-oriented clinic culture Schedule Full-time preferred.
