You will be the voice, personality, and growth engine of our practice. What You Will Do Drive Conversions:
Actively manage, track, and convert all inbound inquiries, missed calls, referrals, and unscheduled consultations into scheduled appointments. Master the
Phones:
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and texts to follow up with prospective patients, observation patients, and pending starts.
Build Instant Rapport:
Create genuine enthusiasm and trust over the phone with parents, teenagers, and professional referrals before they ever step foot in our office.
Determined Follow-Up:
Execute a structured, persistent follow-up system to ensure no lead is ever left behind.
Track Patterns & Trends:
Notice and report patterns in lead sources, no-show behaviors, and scheduling gaps to help leadership optimize operations.
Exceed Goals:
Meet and exceed practice KPIs, including conversion rates and scheduling outcomes.

Bilingual:
Fluent in English and Spanish. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, phone-based customer relations, hospitality, or high-volume scheduling (orthodontic or dental experience is a plus, but a relentless drive to succeed is mandatory). Proven track record of hitting performance metrics or goals. Exceptional communication skills via phone, text, and email. Strong organizational skills with a passion for meticulous CRM/software documentation. Must be fluent in English and Spanish Why Leland Orthodontics?
