This role is central to ensuring efficient, high-performing clinical operations as a Health Center Manager, overseeing daily workflows and supporting care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered services. The position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and approving prior to payroll deadlines.
- Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitors patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints and service.
- Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as necessary.
- Responsible for the coordination of all clinical services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA.
- Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members.
- Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well maintained.
- Communicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff patient or facility issues.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews, feedback and disciplinary action.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
- Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc).
- Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Must possess a strong sense of professionalism

- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
