Job Description
Salary Ranges Between:
$65k-$72k (varies, depending on years of experience) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CASAC Supervisor to support a growing behavioral health initiative focused on substance use prevention and recovery services. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small clinical team while delivering meaningful, evidence-based care to underserved populations. About theRole:
This position combines leadership, clinical oversight, and direct service delivery. You'll guide a team of counselors while facilitating therapeutic groups and supporting individuals on their path toward recovery and reintegration.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team of credentialed substance use counselors to ensure high-quality service delivery Facilitate evidence-based group sessions, including relapse prevention, harm reduction, and psychoeducation Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with program standards Conduct screenings using validated assessment tools and escalate cases requiring higher levels of care Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners to coordinate care and services Participate in case conferences, supervision meetings, and ongoing training opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:
CASAC-Advanced, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required Strong experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and harm reduction Experience facilitating group therapy and using standardized screening tools Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, or the justice system Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plusWhy Join This Team:
