  • Hospitality to lead and elevate our food and beverage operations across diverse hospitality settings.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant, bar, catering, and banqueting services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and optimize service delivery to create memorable dining experiences. Duties Lead and supervise all food and beverage including casual dining, catering, bars, and banquet services Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using POS systems Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across all operations Train, develop, and mentor staff on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a motivated team environment Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and oversee cash handling procedures during shifts Coordinate shift management activities including scheduling staff, supervising daily operations, and resolving customer issues promptly Implement budgeting strategies to control costs while maintaining service quality; monitor financial performance regularly Conduct staff interviews for hiring purposes and participate in training & development initiatives to enhance team skills Maintain excellent customer service standards by engaging with guests directly and addressing feedback proactively Qualifications Proven experience managing food & beverage operations within hospitality environments such as restaurants or hotel Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, training & development, and staff supervision Proficiency with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and hygiene standards Ability to manage inventory control effectively while minimizing waste and controlling costs Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in fast-paced settings; experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles highly desirable Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Experience working within the food industry including catering or banquet services is advantageous Familiarity with budgeting processes and operational planning within hospitality environments Join us as an F&B Manager
